Blockical is operated by Blockical LLC, a limited liability company.

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website, services, and all downloadable content, including Minecraft builds, schematics, world files, and interactive step-by-step guides available via one-time purchases or subscriptions.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or downloading any content, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

This Agreement outlines your rights, responsibilities, and our policies on usage, payment, content licensing, and user conduct. Please read it carefully.

1. User Accounts

1.1 Account Registration
To access certain features (e.g., downloads, subscriptions), you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as needed. You’re responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials secure.

1.2 Account Security
Keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Blockical is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to safeguard your account.

1.3 Subscriptions
Subscriptions (like the “All Access Pass”) are managed through your dashboard. Subscriptions are billed as a recurring payment. By subscribing, you agree to an initial $1 trial period (if applicable), followed by automatic monthly renewals at $5.99 unless canceled.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. If not canceled, the subscription will automatically renew and the payment will be charged to your selected payment method.

1.4 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard. Access to downloaded content may be revoked upon termination.

1.5 Minor Use
If you authorize a minor to use Blockical, you accept full responsibility for their activity, compliance, and consequences under this Agreement.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Content Offered

Blockical offers a single All Access Pass subscription that grants full access to all digital Minecraft content, including:

• Minecraft builds and world downloads

• Schematics

• Material lists

• Interactive 2D guides (available for most builds)

2.2 Interactive Guides
Most builds include our unique step-by-step building guides designed for ease of use and creative inspiration. However, not all builds are guaranteed to include a 2D guide.

2.3 Platform Compatibility
Some content formats (such as world downloads and schematic files) may only be usable on specific platforms (e.g., PC or mobile versions of Minecraft). Console versions (including Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch) may not support direct file imports.

It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your device before purchasing.

3. License and Restrictions

3.1 License Grant
By purchasing or subscribing, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial Minecraft use only. This license is tied to your account and may not be shared or transferred to others.

3.2 Restrictions
You may not:

• Share or redistribute content to non-subscribers.

• Modify, reproduce, distribute, or resell our content.

• Use our content for commercial gain (e.g., paid Minecraft servers) without written permission.

3.3 Commercial Licensing
For commercial use of builds or content (e.g., on monetized servers), contact us at support@blockical.com for custom licensing.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Accepted Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We support all major credit and debit cards, as well as fast checkout options including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link.

4.2 Pricing
All prices are in USD and subject to change. Price changes do not affect active subscriptions during the current billing period.

4.3 Discounts and Promotions
Sometimes we run special deals or discounts. Unless we say otherwise, these discounts only apply to your first subscription payment, renewals will be at the regular price.

4.4 Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may manage or cancel your subscription from your account dashboard at any time.

4.5 Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

However, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion in limited circumstances, including but not limited to:

• duplicate charges
• technical issues preventing access to purchased content

We are not obligated to provide refunds, and each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension or termination.

4.6 Account & Purchase Management
All your purchases, receipts, and subscription details are available anytime in your dashboard, making it simple to keep track and manage your account.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 User Behavior
You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others.

• Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt our site or services.

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

5.2 Reporting Misuse
Report any violations to our team. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership
All Blockical content including builds, guides, schematics, instructions, and visuals is our exclusive property or licensed to us. Users may not reuse or distribute content without permission.

6.2 User Content
If you submit feedback or build suggestions, we may use it to improve our services without compensation.

6.3 Trademarks
Blockical branding, logos, and service names are protected trademarks. Use without permission is prohibited.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blockical and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Blockical is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the functionality, availability, or accuracy of our content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Temporary outages, maintenance, or technical issues may occur, and we are not liable for any loss of access or inconvenience caused by such interruptions.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, access, or content.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our platform for violations of these terms, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will cease.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We may provide notice of material changes on our website.

12. Miscellaneous

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blockical is based, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will still apply. That invalid part will be removed or limited as needed, but the rest stays in full effect.

Transfer of Rights
Blockical may transfer or assign these Terms and our rights under them to another party at any time, with or without notice. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written approval.

Complete Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other posted legal notices, represent the entire agreement between you and Blockical regarding your use of the website and our services. These Terms supersede all prior understandings, agreements, or communications between you and Blockical, whether written or oral.

No Waiver of Rights
If we don’t immediately enforce any part of these Terms, it doesn’t mean we’re giving up that right. We can still enforce it later.

Events Beyond Our Control
We’re not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by things we can’t control like natural disasters, technical failures, or internet outages.
